Hello Fashionistas and Happy Friday! So, I've been craving chocolate cake lately ... and not your average grocery store sheet cake. I've been craving my late Grandma's "German Chocolate Cake" in a pan. When I was a young lass, my Grandma Viola would make 10 cakes/pies a week. Mouthwatering Double Chocolate Cake, Rainbow Cake, Upside-Down Pineapple Cake, Cheesecake, Apple Pie, Pear/Peach Pie, and the list goes on. Oh, and homemade donuts were a staple every Saturday morning. Sigh. I've never tasted a cake quit like hers... and doubt I ever will.
